[cairo] Renaming ATSUI font to Quartz font

Ok, updated patch based on Behdad's comments -- you can disable quartz- 
font support and still build with the quartz surface (but not vice  
versa, just like win32).  I also added the #defines to cairo- 
deprecated.h, and left the old symbol name in place that just chains  
to cairo_quartz_font_.... .  I've also attached a patch to pango --  
I've verified that it builds against a cairo patched with this patch,  
but that's as far as I got.
