[cairo] PDF output always different

Hi,

We've found that even with running the same set of cairo commands the order
in which the objects in the PDF output appear isn't predictable.  From what
I can see in the code I think the hash maps that are used to store the fonts
might be the reason for that.  Is there something we can do about this?
