[cairo] [cairo-announce] cairo snapshot 1.7.6 now available

The SVG image mask bug is still open. Patches can be found below. Is 
something missed to help getting this fix in? At least the test case would 
be nice to include to document the issue. It shows a clear difference 
between Cairos PNG and SVG output for masking with images.
