[cairo] win32 mingw build problems

Hi Damian,

I just noticed that I hadn't seen any reply to your message on the list
and I wanted to make sure that things were working well for you.

From a recent scan of the cairo-commit messages, it looks like Chris
Wilson recently fixed both the missing #include and the extra semicolons
at least.

Is there something more that we should still do to improve things?

And yes, obviously, actual patches will make it even easier for us to
improve things, (particularly where some of us don't have access to the
platform of interest to you).
