[cairo] [PATCH] Dash pattern approximation

Here is an updated patchset for solving the degenerate dash problem.
I improved comment formatting in patches 0001 and 0002 according to a
suggestion by sanooj, but beside this change they are the same patches
as in http://lists.cairographics.org/archives/cairo/2010-January/018903.html
Adrianj confirmed that 0004 should be fine for vector backends, too.
0003 is a trivial patch to have all the comments have the same formatting
0005 is a partial revert of a commit (it removes dash approximation
from cairo-path-stroke as dash pattern are now approximated at a
higher level).
Should any other changes be made? Or is this ready to be pushed?
