[cairo] New D bindings & licensing questions

Hi,

I'm developing a new set of cairo bindings and wrappers for the D2
programming language. I was wondering if the bindings & wrapper could be
licensed under a license different from LGPL/MPL? The boost license is
used a lot in the D community so I'd like to use that if possible. My
main concern are the bindings (e.g.
https://github.com/jpf91/cairoD/blob/master/src/cairo/c/cairo.d ), as
those are modified versions of the original c cairo headers.
