[cairo] Static libraries not built correctly with llvm-gcc

We've certainly encountered other problems with the Lion preview version of Xcode that we're not terribly worrying about for now. I guess we'll see when Lion is released (allegedly next month) if it's been fixed or if it's still a problem.
