That line is:

  << /status //STATUS_INVALID_SIZE >> image set-source-image

It looks like s95 (from the previous line) is an 1600×1045 image based
on s76 which is a 1600×1130 surface.  1600×1130 matches the size xwininfo(1)
reports; 1600×1045 is probably the size of the content portion.

I don't know why it got an INVALID_SIZE status.

Yes, 31931's attachment 40582 is the same lost-transparency bug.
And --enable-xlib-xcb is the trigger there, too.
