Alexandros, thank you for you work on bring GLES to cairo-gl! I've just
caught with your last patchset and pushed it out. Nicely done.

Obviously Eric and myself have a vendor bias, neither of us can move
without tripping over a stack of machines with Intel graphics, and so our
focus is on fixing those stacks. I've just about completed a cycle of
improvements to the ddx and so will see if I can apply any of the lessons
learnt there elsewhere.
