[cairo] Extracting RGB channels from Image Surface

Hello All,

I need to know how I can extract the RGB channels of the image surface and I
need to copy the individual channels in accordance to OpenCV channels
because when i create image in OpenCV from cairo surface data, its something
random and I am sure, its because of channels mismatch.
