[cairo] Implementation of conical gradients

Hi,
Reading the source code of pixman I've found that it exists the
implementation of the conical gradient.

There is not such type of pattern in the Cairo API so for my needs I
had to use mesh gradients to emulate a conical gradient.
It would simplify a lot to have native support of the conical
gradients in Cairo API, though.

Would it be implemented in future versions?
