[cairo] Cairo with GTK2 and GTK3

Hi Ken,

I requested Synaptic to install libgtk2.0-dev and could then compile and

just a hint, you can pass both flags to pkg-config as once: `pkg-config
--cflags --libs gtk+-2.0`
