[cairo] Using cairo-xlib to get screenshots

Created /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/test_driver with 4 lines you described. No
difference in behaviour as far as I could tell. Xorg.0.log here:

It detected the xorg.conf.d directory but I'm not sure it loaded the file
in it.

Lines 17-23:

Using a default monitor configuration.
