May I ask if the Windows and Mac version now works fine with GTK3?

I do use only Linux, so I can not do a direct test myself, and I found
no information about this question...

The reason for this question: I am working on latest GTK3 bindings for
the great Nim programming language (http://nim-lang.org/), and so I was
asked about general state of GTK3 for windows and mac multiple times.
