[cairo] Pycairo release

Hello. Can somebody make a Pycairo release? There is a feature in the 
Git repository that me and another programmer need, namely, 
ImageSurface.get_data() and ImageSurface.create_for_data(). (See 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99855 .) It was implemented 
in 2012. Or is something blocking a release?
