[cairo] Support for gamma correction

[Milasudril]

It would be a good "modernizing" feature. cairo_image_surface_create 
would need to support

CAIRO_FORMAT_LINEAR_ARGB_F16 and

CAIRO_FORMAT_LINEAR_ARGB_F32
