I really hate to say it but there may be copyright problems with the Che
Guevara image.

The original photograph on which it is based is by the recently deceased
Alberto Korda is strictly speaking still copyrighted and not in the public
domain despite being very widely used.

Korda never objected to mass use of his photo as a protest symbol, but in
recent years he began to fight its commercial reproduction in ways he said
"dishonored" his subject.

Irish artist Jim Fitzpatrick (I love his celtic art) made posters
which helped popularise the photogragh and he did not copyright his
images. On that basis this version of the image could be considered differnt
enough to not fall under the copyright of the original image but I think
it is something that needs to be checked.

Did you know Che Guevara visited Ireland?

I also wonder if the image is still contraversial, given how easily
offended some people are?

Sincerely
