[Clipart] CLIPART SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Hello,

I've emailed a few times asking for help on the procedure for moving
clipart from incoming to the clipart folder on the fd.o server.

I have moved my logos by hand on the server into the OCAL logos folder,
but I cannot find Inkscape on the server. Could someone who has done
this please send an email on how to do this procedure? I would love to
know how and put this on the WIKI, as this is a current information
bottleneck.

PLEASE HELP!
