[Clipart] Firefox 1.0 Linux on Gentoo has SVG plugin installed by

  My Firefox/1.0 (Debian package 1.0-2) doesn't have SVG support by
default, I open a SVG as a XML code.So you are right, 95% of the people
couldn't open it,or doesn't know how to install.(There is no an easy way
to install a plugin like flash).
