I updated OpenClipart::Web to take advantage of this, and also
installed it in one of the project lib dirs.  So the upload script
should now have working menus and the correct stylesheet.

Whoever maintains the stylesheet might want to take note of the
following classes:

 error   is used for errors and warnings (usually a div element)
         This should probably be styled in a warning type of
         color (red, yellow, something).
 info    is used for informational messages (also usually a div)
         These should perhaps be styled in a way that sets them
         off, perhaps a border or a different background.
 upload  The upload form is inside of a div with this class.
         Just FYI.
