  In theory these would imply only the photos I used but didn't 
included because the data contained is Public Domain and there is no 
copyright.I must do for being polite and ethic.Here is the message 
they send me: 
  Jugde yourself if this could be included in packaged versions of 
future OCAL.

Hello: 
My name is Jose Francisco Hevia .Recenctly I made a world political  
boundaries map in Bezier curves mainly from the nasa clickable map  
archives ,it's not an esact copy ,only a sketch. My intention is to  
release it in SVG format in the public domain (I could not retain  
rights over NASA derivative work) with Metadata citing The NASA site  
and post it to the OpenClipArt.org site. 
The question is: 
Could I make it? In case yes what information I have to include in the  
Metadata of the files.
