Tried both :)
First, on the chat channel you are sleeping, second the shell.php is
still generating the relative to the host path
     <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/base.css"/>
instead of the (what I want)
     <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"
href="http://www.openclipart.org/css/base.css"/>
