[Clipart] freedesktop.org is down

FYI, freedesktop.org has been taken down due to being compromised by a
remote user, and is being rebuilt from scratch.  I suspect it will be
back within a day, based on past experience.

This suggests we ought to put plans in place for mirroring the site and
instituting a fallback procedure so we can re-point DNS...  (Would
anyone like to establish a mirror once the site comes back up?)
