What I see:

Some type of text entry box that is light blue. But why type in it? What
is it for?

Then a small red and then orange rectangle followed by a green arrow. They
don't make sense.

I am glad that the explanation of the project is clear and up front.

The colors on left and right is some very ugly brownish-green, like
split-pea soup (which I do like). I just don't like the color :)

Please put underlines under the Links. How is a visitor to know to click
on "Read the Guidelines" ... and why can't I click on "Submit a File"
then? (They look the same.)

On the submit a file where it says "Only" please say "Only Public Domain
SVG .... ".

Also, I don't it should have a scrolling in just middle of screen, let the
whole webpage scroll.

I do like the blue colors. I do like the logo and masthead at top.
