It may be moot, but note that currently 'Open Clip Art Library' is not a
legal entity, so couldn't hold "ownership". I figured it's fine to list
that for publisher, but for owner if we list anyone it should be someone
or something that would be recognized in a court of law.

Yeah, this part may have been done incorrectly; I had to make a few
guesses when I hooked up much of this, and I'm sure I made lazy choices
in a few areas.

Yes, it's good this is getting reviewed. I did much of this coding very
early on in the project; I wanted to get it in place so we could track
submitters and the rights so our foundational contributions would be
legally sound. Other aspects were secondary, and I cut a few corners
knowing that if it was important, eventually someone would take an
interest in figuring out how to do it right. ;-)
