such filtering have to be done at the weblog level, not at the
aggregator level. i believe WordPress has the ability to use categories
and can provide different feeds for each category, but other
engines/blog providers (blogger.com, livejournal) can't.
and i'm not sure we want such filtering: IMO, a Planet is more than PR
for a project, is a way of socializing for it's members. also i think
sometime is hard to draw a line for what is off or on topic.
personally, i'm a regular reader of Planet Gnome and enjoy some of the
'irrelevant' posts there and completely ignore other.
