I think we are talking about two different ideas. I think we should do
both:

1.) planet.openclipart.org - developers and projects related to
openclipart.org

2.) opencreative.org, flosscreative.org, etc... - rss feeds from ppl.
working on/in creative apps in the floss community

I'm writing a bigger email about these both, but those are my two cents.

I agree that there should not be filtering of content for the various
rss feeds...part of it is seeing people's interests in and around the
main topic of the site.
