The game is an original implementation (I guess code written from the 
scratch), so is copyrighted by its author, which is free to do anything 
with it.
The only thing which _may_ be questionable is the name, but I'm not sure 
it is really a problem, is used by hundreds other clones, it may be 
considered a common name, like "Tetris".

OTOH, I would preferred a screenshot from this game showing more clearly 
the usage of our images.
