There are currently two OCAL images that use filters:
mobile_phone_01.svg and piramide_arjen_meijer_01.svg
(both of which are broken).

Batik supports filters, and so does the Adobe SVG Viewer.
I haven't tried the latest version of librsvg, but apparently
that supports filters too.
