Hello,

Aaron Seigo requested me to have a look at the OCAL stuff w.r.t. to 
distribution and if XML could somehow help with that.

I did, but cannot say anything specific. However, I've worked a bit with W3C 
XML Schema & XSLT, and I will gladly help, in case my experience can be of 
use. I'll lurk, and feel free to CC, if of interest.
