That would be a CSS change.  As it stands now, it would be a site-wide change,
although we could give this table a class attribute and style it that way.
Come to think of it, while I'm at it:  the tables in the upload form will
now have class="uploadstep".  (The divs already have this.)  So in the CSS
we can now style table.uploadstep in whatever fashion is desired, as well
as div.uploadstep.  (The tables are contained within the divs.  Each 
div.uploadstep corresponds to a step, i.e., formerly an li in the ol.)
