To do that, I have to dump CGI::Lite, which doesn't supply us with the
filename.  However, I want to do that anyway, because of the problem
we've been having with files getting corrupted; I have suspected for
months that CGI::Lite is buggy.

Of course, the file extension might not be present, but in that case
we can revert to asking the user.
