[Clipart] Fixing flags on openclipart

Hi,
I would really like to get the flag collection onto openclipart now in a
browseable fashion. I have freedesktop shell access already due to my
work on GStreamer so I guess I have the permissions needed to do the
manual work needed on the server.

Can anyone tell me what/how I need to do to make this happen? Is there
just looking at how the current browseable archive is organized, create
a flags directory and scp the files up?
