How come the .tar.gz is only half the size of the .tar.bz2?
(I can't compare them myself at the moment, as it would take
me several hours to download them.  But the .tar.gz file is
much smaller than the 84M stated on the download page, so I
assume it's incomplete.)

This one doesn't exist.

Also, openclipart-0.15-svgonly.zip is supposed to be 60M, but isn't
much more than 1M.
