You really should use a (local) lawyer for setting up non-profits.
There are a lot of details to get right.

It is illustrative to check the search engines to see how many online
registration services exist for for-profit entites, compared to how
many you will find that will help setup/register a non-profit.

Last I checked it was on the order of 1000s :: 0.
