Since clipart is the only fdo project I'm currently involved in, the
clipart group should be my primary group (i.e., the one listed on my
line in the /etc/passwd file), so that when I create files, they
automatically belong to that group.  Then if I added the umask to my
profile, it should solve the problem (except for files created by
www-data, which is really a separate albeit related issue).
