[Clipart] broken file?

Hello everybody!

http://openclipart.org/incoming/palm_tree_paul_mongillo_02.svg

This file seems to be broken. It is located in the recently submited files.
I use Opera to browse the svg files, and this one shows:

XML parsing failed: not well-formed (Line: 1, Character: 3)

Can anyone take a look at it in another svg render (Corel, Adobe, inkscape ot Batik) to see if it is really broken or it's just Opera's renderer that has problems with it?
