[Clipart] Where to install?

Also, you might be able to get the gentoo developers to put the
openclipart package into their list of gentoo ebuilds simply by hopping
onto their chat channel and asking about who should do such a thing. 

When I asked before about adding an Inkscape ebuild, they said basically
just leave it up to us, its now on our todo. Shortly then an ebuild
showed up. However, if you have experience with this, then go forth. I
guess this is after we decide this path issue.
