This is probably because the link in the RSS feed 
(http://openclipart.org/wp/wp-feed.php?feed=rss2) is relative 
"downloads/index.php" and planet does not know at what base to add it so 
it uses a wrong one, including "/wp/"

A workaround could be for us to keep in mind when publishing news to use 
absolute links or to have the feed located in the root directory of the 
website.
