The incoming clip art list uses relative hyperlinks instead of
absolute. That means the only way to actually see the incoming files
is to start from the main / index. Starting from other directories
tries to find the files in the other dir/incoming subdir. For
example, while looking at map symbols, the links on the Incoming Clip
Art list point to:
