[Clipart] repaired files

The SVG files that I fixed for release 0.13 all seem to have
disappeared in release 0.14 (which may explain why the image
count for 0.14 is smaller than that for 0.13).  The files are
still here:

Jonadab, could you please move these files into the incoming
folder?  The permissions on that directory seem to prevent anyone
except you from doing this.  The files should also be copied into
incoming-pre-0.13 as a record of what went into that release, and
again you appear to be the only one who can do this.
