[Clipart] black image

Speaking of bugs, I have here only Inkscape CVS and librsvg to test the 
file, can somebody else look at this:

With librsvg the image is OK, but in Inkscape (recent CVS version) all 
elements are black, so I'm not sure if the bug is in the particular file 
or in Inkscape, in order to report it in the right place.
