Hi, great project. i found some websiteBugs.

a lot of links doesn´t work from this page:
http://openclipart.org/cgi-bin/keyword_search.cgi

for example:  Browse the Library , Submit a clipart, and a lot more.

the bug is in the href "cgi-bin/cgi-bin/..../"
