don't tell the truth != lie
I would give you an example: we received a Python (the programming 
language) logo.
A reviewer see la snake and the title "python", if he is not familiar 
with the programming language doesn't know there is a problem.
The submitter know Python is Open Source, does not understand Open 
Source does not necessarily mean Public Domain, so faithfully submit it.

Of course, if the image is the Coca-Cola logo, anybody should know is 
not free to use.
