[Clipart] cannot assign cleanup tag to cliparts

Hello,

A weird thing is happening to me: I can't add the cleanup tag to cliparts. As an admin, I have the possibility to literaly change anything (tags, files, comments etc...) and it works, but when I want to tag a clipart for cleanup, the tag just doesn't appear :(

I tried everything (all the known browsers, cache cleaning) but there is nothing to do...

Do that happen to anyone else, or is it my usual bad luck?
