Bryce, though, a better fix would be to make this optional or dependent
on if the media type has audio that could have BPM.

I wonder, VS, do you think this would best be an admin option or
dependent on media type?

I don't think however, that for Open Clip Art Library we should just
disable it, because then we will have to do in the future continuously.

Thoughts?
