Just checked in about 55 files, most when to the ccHost tree and a few 
to ccMixter only.

I updated ccMixter a few hours ago and things seem to be running smooth.

This checkin has all the performance tuning I mentioned (although they 
are not all turned on at ccMixter).

Besides performance there are a couple of new features:

On the profile page you now see remix tracking:

   so_and_so has X remixes and has been remixed Q times

as well as an aggregate rating for the artist. Using the ratings system 
every artist now has a running 'ranking'. The ranking calculation can 
include average score, number of ratings, number remixes and number of 
times remixed with weighting determined by admins. The rankings allows 
for 'charts' which I've started working on but is not complete.

Text formatting: the user description, upload description and editor 
picks now have text formatting (bold, italic, urls, etc.) I've tested it 
on Firefox and IE on Windows, Firefox and Safari on Mac and it seems to 
be holding up. Admin use 'Global Settings' menu to determine if they 
want all users or just admins (or nobody) to have formatting turned on. 
For now, the fields actually eligible for formatting are hard-coded into 
PHP, someday, when I get around to it I'll make this an admin option.

For admins: there's a new update mechanism so when you get patches from 
developers you simply update your system by browsing to: 
http://my_installation?update=1

Anybody who syncs to the current code will have to do that. (This is how 
I updated ccMixter tonight.)

The translation language support did go in 100%, if that's blocking 
someone let me know immediately because this week is going to be 
somewhat crazy with ccMixter specific stuff.
