Nicu,

I took a look at the ccHost package, this rating system is OK for more
divergent content, however looking at some of your own submissions to
openclipart.org, such as your playing cards, ccHost would cause
fragmentation of these collections of files if the same rating system is
applied to the openclipart.org index on a per-file basis. Effectively,
some of your cards would appear at the beginning of the list, some at
the end.

This also doesn't solve the problem of having 69 pages of similar work
from one submitter, this massive amount of data DILUTES the sub-category
in a very extreme sense.

Of course there can be multiple user options for organizing the display
of files: submission date, rating, downloads, alphabetical, etc.; but
there still seems a need for a "collection" wrapper and some sort of
public index limiting for the sake of mantaining a balance of different
style and selection.

Having multiple organization methods probably works ok, though the
question of how to enforce a rule that submitters "containerize" similar
submissions into a "collection" appears a challenge.
