I do, and I want to help, but I'm from the wrong background and can't
even find time to help with Inkscape just yet. I'm a Windows/C++
applications developer. If someone could provide small and specific
packets of work and clear instructions on how to deliver the work, I
might be able to contribute - if it doesn't create more work than I
can take up!

Cheers...
Elliott

It's a real shame, this project is truly worthwhile, and could easily
grow to huge proportions. Is there anyway to put out a general
distress call. Do programmers actually know that this project is in
desperate need of their help?
