"NEW" as opposed to "ASSIGNED", meaning nobody started working on them. 
Feel free to help us close as many as possible of them.

I believe is a bug in our submission system, it should have rejected the 
file.

Ted is doing the moderation, I don't know "when".
But if you subscribe to the list, messages will go directly, without 
moderation.
I remember seeing messages from you in the past, what happened? have you 
unsubscribed? moderated messages sent from another address?
